Serving as president and CEO of AD1 Global since its founding in 2008, Daniel applies more than 14 years of experience in real estate investments. Besides company-wide management and strategic planning, he is responsible for overseeing all corporate operations leading to growth and expansion. Daniel’s expertise includes all classes of real estate property, hotel ownership, and development. In 2018 he became a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, an invitation-only organization for senior-level real estate industry executives.

With an unwavering commitment to quality and efficiency, Arie manages potential investment opportunities from sourcing to analysis, negotiation and closure. He also researches and oversees property acquisitions and purchases and utilizes his ability to create cost-effective strategies and solutions under pressure to facilitate asset management for various commercial properties. A metrics maven, Alex oversees all fiscal aspects of the company’s operations and management as well as investment package production and client investment administration. Gisela oversees and executes the corporation’s acquisitions and property negotiations, as well as coordinates renovations for acquisitions and more. Harnessing her expertise, she inspects and analyzes potential acquisitions and evaluates the viability and cost-effectiveness of construction projects. Her previous experience includes construction projects, operations management, and commercial properties in Venezuela. Gisela has been on the AD1 team since 2011. To manage the complex world of people operations, Bertha draws on more than 15 years of human resources experience and training in areas ranging from immigration law and workplace violence to cross-cultural counseling and occupational safety and health administration. She manages staff employment, benefits, and employee relations, and oversees institutional compliance for all areas of human resources at AD1’s hospitality properties. Bertha has been on the AD1 team since 2016. Education: BA, Education, National University of Honduras, Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

David Fernandez joined AD1 Global in May 2018 and is currently the Sr. Corporate Director of Hotel Operations, overseeing all hotel properties in the portfolio. He was previously the Regional Director of Hotel Operations for 17 hotels. As a seasoned hotel executive, David continues to be an intricate part of the company’s growth. David has a passion for developing highly successful teams and relationships. David’s innovative style and vision inspires exceptionally motivated individuals that excel in delivering industry leading results in associate engagement, guest experience and owner profitability.

Reflecting a veritable bounty of good taste served swiftly, Elaina can deftly access more than 20 years of experience in hotel, destination resort, and food and beverage management. She successfully implemented new processes, policies, software, and programs in the AD1 Accounting Department during a critical time, improving efficiencies and accuracy. Previously he held senior-level positions at several brands including Lake Buena Vista Resort Hotel, Holiday Inn Maingate East, America’s Best Inn, Ramada Plaza JFK Hotel, Wyndham Philadelphia, and more. To continually stimulate sales and RevPAR growth, Adam works closely with sales leaders throughout the portfolio of properties. Previously Adam worked at brands including Marriott Starwood, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, TPG, and Davidson Hotels & Resorts. Adam has been on the AD1 team since 2019. Jon is a senior marketing executive with more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality and gaming industries in areas ranging from e-commerce and advertising to public relations and SEO/SEM; social and email marketing; branding and advertising; and big data and analytics. He remains well versed in current technology to ensure that all AD1 properties do the same, nimbly managing their digital marketing, social media, public relations, and promotional activities.

She approve/prepare requested wire transfers and she notarize legal documents. She also oversees office inventory. Stefania has been on the AD1 team since 2013 .
